STUDIO POLICY


PLEASE READ THIS POLICY COMPLETELY BEFORE BOOKING

ARRIVE ON TIME

-Arrive a few minutes EARLY or right ON TIME. If you are late, your session time will be decreased, to accomodate the next timely session
-Any family arriving more than 15 MINUTES late for a FULL SESSION will be canceled.

CANCELLATIONS

-Any cancellation with more than 72 hours notice may be rescheduled WITHOUT a fee as a ONE TIME COURTESY. Upon rescheduling, an additional deposit will be required.
-Any cancellation with less than 72 hours can be rescheduled, but will FORFEIT booking deposit.
-Cancellations due to inclement weather (snow, wind, rain) can be rescheduled without charge, per discretion.

TURN AROUND AND WAIT TIMES

-Edit digitals take about 3-4 weeks to be processed!
-Edits will come in a digital format (Sent to an active E-email).
-Any print can take an additional two weeks AFTER RECEIVING digitals.
-I am NOT ABLE to have photos ready in less thank a week, even WITH express package.

PREVIEWS AND EDITS

-I will send you Previews within 7 days of the initial the Session. (NOT edits).
-Full edits will available within 3-4 weeks AFTER you choose from your PREVIEWS.
-Process of previews, selection, edits, and printing takes 4 weeks (with the exception of the Express Ad On)
-I will include prices for extra images, and and detailed instructions, in the 'Preview' email.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

-ABSOLUTELY NO CELLPHONE PHOTOGRAPHY DURING THE SESSION!
-Any additional individuals being photographed (parents, siblings, and grandparents) MUST be approved before shoot!
-I need full attention during the session.
-It is the parents responsibility during shooting to KEEP THE ATTENTION OF THEIR CHILDREN!
-I will NOT retake photos for any reason.

PAYMENT POLICY

-Deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE
-The minimum deposit for ANY SHOOT IS $100
-Appointments will NOT be confirmed until full deposit is received.
-I will not release or edit any of the photos until FULL BALANCE is paid

-For Express Return Customers:
-ADVANCED NOTICE REQUIRED.
-Express turn around not available DAY OF SHOOT, ADVANCED NOTICE REQUIRED.
-Full payment required AT BOOKING for Express return sessions.
